He is particularly passionate about building products from the ground up, often with minimal resources, and adhering to Lean Startup principles to maximize efficiency and impact.
Throughout his career, Stas has contributed to various facets of product development, including roles as head of engineering, tech lead, solution architect, senior software engineer, and product strategist.
He has played a key role in defining product visions, validating markets, evaluating business and user needs, managing projects, and leading cross-functional teams.
